Dual Map: High boost - 297bhp. Low boost - 232bhp

Metallic black, cloth interior with no holes or tears. Drivers seat bolster has no holes or tears either.

Stunning near standard example of a MK1 GTO, solid car, mechanically sound & wants for nothing. This car is my pride & joy. I am a member of GTO UK for the 3rd year now and my car was voted GTO UK 'Car of the Month' April 2015. I would prefer the new owner to become a member of GTO UK (I will pay for your years membership). The club is very friendly & knowledgeable and has a lot of events running throughout the year.

Car is dry stored in a locked garage, only used at weekends. Always warmed up properly & left to cool down. Always run on Shell V-Power. Starts perfectly every time, engine purrs, pulls well & drives like a new car.

This car has a lot of potential as it's not been messed with.

The car is still in kilometres & KPH, still has the original Jap radio.

Comes with two keys and two fobs. It is fitted with a Clifford Cat1 alarm & also has a proximity sensor (which can be turned off by the fobs).

Car also comes with the full printed workshop manuals in four huge folders. I also have a USB with the manuals on it & parts database. I have not worked on my car myself, it has always been taken to a specialist garage.

I have had a lot of work done to it this past year, the majority of which has been done down at Eurospec in Guildford who are GTO specialists. If you know GTO's you know this is THE place to go to take your car as they know these cars inside & out.

Most recent work was required to pass it's MOT at the end of March 2016

- Track rod ends (both nearside & offside)

- Offside rear lower shock absorber (only a bush was required however the whole shock absorber was replaced as at the time I was unaware Eurospec still made the bushes)

Work carried out at Eurospec last year (March 2015):

- Mitsubishi GTO full 60K Service (The BIG service, includes cam belt, timing belt & water pump) The full list of what the 60K service includes is on Eurospec2000 website.

In addition the following jobs were completed:

- Sand and paint rear brake lines

- Replace missing wheel Nuts

- Supply and fit Clutch Hydraulic Line

- Underseal

- Supply and fit new front prop shaft bushes

- Supply and fit new radiator

- Replacement of HKS air filter elements

- Replace front and rear rocker cover gaskets

- Replace NSF Drive shaft seal

- 4 Wheel Alignment

- Replace damaged wheel studs

- Remove and service rear active aero spoiler, and refit

- Supply and fit new idle control valve

- Supply and fit front number plate and remove jap style brackets

- Remove Rear plate and refit JDM plate

- Supply and Fit new Battery Bracket

- Supply and fit new rear wiper

- Supply and fit new windscreen washer pumps

- Remove brake calipers, strip, clean, paint and refit

- Supply and fit new front top mounts

- Set up boost controller on dyno. Graph shows 297 bhp.

Total cost - £3,655(!)

Work done locally in the past year:

- new full set of tyres (I have only done about 1000 miles on them)

- new brake disks & pads all round

- replacement clutch master cylinder

- hella headlight upgrade

The car has no rust or bumps, has usual age related paintwork marks which come with a 23yr old car. Car is sitting on standard springs & has not been lowered. It does have an aftermarket exhaust (not a loud one)

Car qualifies for cheap classic car insurance (about £160 p/a)

This car is my pride and joy & has no expense spared mechanically. Please note you can not run these cars on a shoe string budget.
