Supplied new in March 1990, this Carrera 4 has been maintained throughout its life with Porsche main dealers until 2013 where the car was purchased by a loyal RPM customer who decided to build his ultimate air-cooled road going Porsche 964. The Carrera 4 derivative was chosen as a base platform due to the car needing to be used as a daily driver and the extra security that the all wheel drive layout provides. The car was then assessed from all aspects and we set about the restoration project. One of the highlights of the build is the engine, this was rebuilt to a 3.8 capacity for extra mid range torque (run in on a cell dyno with a lovely separate folder detailing all facts and figures prior to being installed into the car), along with a full suspension overhaul to a KW set up for road use (every nut and bolt totally replaced), Braking system overhauled and calipers powder coated in Guards red, the list goes on and on and really must be seen to be understood. The build totalled £49,000 (excluding the car to start with!) The car has now covered 5,000 miles since being built and is presented in fantastic order.

Supplied with the car are 2 keys, amazing build file including photos, Porsche leather bookpacks, MOT’s, and detailed breakdown of the servicing back to the first service on 30th May 1990.
