The Mk 1 GT3 is a fantastically historic Porsche and prices of these cars are expected to rise. Exceptionally rare, low volume cars with this level of competition pedigree are rising in value as demand continues to increase. The car carries the name of the class it was homologated for and dominated. With only 308 right hand drive examples built of which only 106 were sold in the UK and only 18 in red this has to offer a superb opportunity for the most fastidious collector.

The current owner is very well known to us having been a customer of ours for the last 15 years. The car currently sits in a small collection of race and road cars and the reason for sale is simply to make room for the delivery of his brand new GT3. Our customer has owned the car for over 10 years and carried out very thorough due diligence to ensure he found a cherished example before purchase. The history file even contains a letter from the last owner to the current owner wishing him well with the car and confirming it was his pride and joy. He parted with the car as he wanted something a little more refined and bought a new 997 Carrera 4S. With 4 previous owners and full Porsche main agent service history until our customer purchased the car. Since then she has only been pampered by Parr Garage.

The car is 100% accident free and has all original panels. The only modifications are the installation of the genuine Porsche rear cage, one red harness for the driver and the recommended short shift kit. The genuine rear carpet has been kept and we would be happy remove the cage and replace the carpet if preferred.

The car has just benefitted from a 12,000 miles service, new brake fluid, four new Michelin PS2 N3 tyres, tyres, front brake pads and sensors, rear brake pads and sensors, air conditioning system checked for leaks and re-gassed, n/s o/s lambda sensor, new n/s/f top mount, new timing chain tensioners, leak off and compression checks carried out as a matter of thoroughness, underside of car carefully cleaned and sympathetically treated with clear Waxoyl and new MOT.
