Only 500 final Trophy variants of the Clio RS 182 model were built and they are now regarded as one of the finest hot hatches of all time. Each Trophy carries a plaque denoting the build number and the specification includes Sachs remote reservoir dampers, Eibach springs, Speedline Turini 16" wheels, exclusive paint finish and Recaro Trendline seats. These features, along with a myriad of detail upgrades, result in a truly rapid, satisfying and exhilarating driving experience. Despite this exotic performance, the Trophy remains cheap to maintain and still returns 35+ MPG!

This super example must be one of the finest Trophys out there. It has covered just 34,000 miles and is in very good original condition throughout, with a full service history. The last owner purchased the car for his notable private collection having read the praise lavished upon the model by highly regarded motoring writer, Harry Metcalfe. Having purchased the best example he could find, he then sent the car in 2012 to marque specialist, Mark Fish Motorsport, based in Harlow, for a full inspection and service. Every aspect of the car showing wear was attended to as detailed in the invoice on file – amounting to nearly £4,500. Work included a full annual service with cambelt and auxiliary belts, replacement of A.C condenser, new Michelin Sport tyres, full rebuild of Sachs front dampers and full track and camber set up, fitment of Scorpion exhaust system along with a great deal of detail work. This work was carried out at 31,730 miles.

The car comes with all original handbooks and stamped service book, all previous and current MOT certificates and both sets of keys. A full check-over and service was very recently completed by Renault Sport dealers, Fish Brothers, in Swindon.
