RENAULT CLIO (X65) RENAULTSPORT 182 CUP 16V 2005

Low owner 2005 Renault Sport Clio 182 Cup in very desirable Racing Blue in excellent condition with 80k and a full service history.This model is the closet you will get to a base model Clio with a 2.0 16 valve lump from the factory with all weight restrictions however does come with manual aircon and cruise control.

I purchased the car from a friend who previously owned it for 8 years, kept it garaged, never tracked it and looked after it very well but he decided instead of spending more money after replacing brakes all round and a K Tech exhaust it was time for a change. Since then I've spent an absolute fortune on it bringing it back to its former glory. Clio 182 timing changes are a must with the well known dephaser pulley fault so the first thing I done was booked it in to my local Renault specialist.

Next was a OE clutch replacement with a standard Valeo unit along with a gear selector bush and Renault Tranself 75/80 gear oil

Lemforder track rod ends and lower arm ball joints

Down pipe to cat fitting kit

OE Rear silcencer mounting brackets

Passenger driveshaft abs ring and outer cv boot

OE Both rear shock absorbers

Both rear brake calliper pipes OE

Apex 40mm Spring kit

Four wheel alignment

Dot 5.1 performance brake fluid change

New stripe decal kit

Wheels powder coated

Rear axle and front roll bar treated and painted

All of the above work was previous mot advisories, the dreaded dephaser pulley fault and what I felt was right to make it the cracking little car it is today. My plan was to keep it for years, tucked away in the garage most of the time but sadly I now require the funds to carry on with my Renault 5 Turbo restoration.

The car drives just as it good as it looks, I can guarantee there will be no disappointment, can be viewed on a ramp if preferred. Appreciate there are far cheaper 182's for sale but if your after a future classic that's worth every penny look no further! Car needs absolutely nothing, just needs someone to drive it, first to see will buy, now garaged for winter.
