2006 Seat

Hi all

i am unfortunately selling me Leon FR TFSI 2006 (56)

it is approx 270Bhp but not had a print out

it has the full BTTC Body kit in black inc spoiler

upgraded Black 18" alloy wheels

it is fitted with rear parking sensors

the car has a

Professional remap

K&N Typhoon induction kit

Milltek cat back exhaust system non resonated with the cupra exhaust tip

it has done 66K

thing that i have had done in the last year

full service oil, filter, cabin filter, spark plugs (2k ago done myself)

break fluid change (around 2 k ago)

the uprated d rev valve

new front pads (around 2k ago)

new rear pads (around 4k ago)

CAM BELT CHANGED (at 63k) i have the receipt for this and can prove the mileage

done by IVC Leeds

water pump (at 63k)

i have got a new cam follower for it just needs fitting not a hard job just not got around to it

it has about 6mm tread on the rear tires and 3mm on the front 2

comes taxed until end of April

MOT til October (which it sailed through last year)

it has had the coil pack recall and had them all changed

i have fitted lights under the front foot wells that are red on door opening

i am a non smoker and i have not smoked in the car

all the interior is in great condition

i will give you the original air box and the K&N Air filter cleaning kit

the passenger airbag light came on so had a new one fitted by seat

comes with both keys

it has the fitted mats in

the body is in great condition there are a couple of slight light scratches but nothing major one of the alloys has been touched up as it had a slight scuff but isn't major

the car does 32mpg on my way to work as i drive sensibly but as i am tripling my mileage soon i am looking for a diesel

any one is welcome to come and view but i will be views at my friends house as im weary

tire kickers and people that think there here to rev the hell our of it not required

if you want to test drive it you will have to have fully comp insurance on it this is not negotiable

i don't mind taking you out in it

i have a private plate on it so once you want the car leave a deposit i will then take my reg off and you can pick up as soon as i get the transfer through

the Price is £6150 (i do not take cash) bank transfer or cheque (this will have to clear before being signed over)

it is HPI Clear as i payed cash at the local JCT600 Garage For it but you are welcome to do a check
