2007 Subaru

Here for sale is my lovely Subaru Impreza GB270 finished in the famous and iconic World Rally Blue. Mine is a 2007 '57' reg. Hawkeye model. For those that don't know, the GB270 was the commemorative final 4 door Saloon model before Subaru changed the Impreza's body shape to a hatchback. The cars left the factory fully fitted with the Prodrive Performance Pack, boosting the standard 226bhp of the WRX up to 270bhp. That power is effortlessly delivered via the symmetrical 4-wheel drive system and partnered with the short shift gearbox, 60mph is reached in just 5.2 seconds. Only 300 World Rally Blue GB270's were made, and mine is No.260 with a personalised plaque by the handbrake. It is a completely unmolested example with no modifications at all.

It only has 58,500 miles on the clock but this WILL NOT increase as it has been garaged since Christmas Eve, as I have since bought a new car. It truly is a fantastic example of a low mileage, iconic car. If anyone is concerned that the 2.5L turbo engine, with so much power and torque is thirsty, shouldn't be. I regularly returned 30+mpg on the motorway and for a car that has more torque than a BMW M3 that is quite outstanding.

All 4 Pirelli tyres have plenty of tread left on them, at least 5mm on each. All of this is complemented by a FULL SUBARU and SUBARU SPECIALIST SERVICE HISTORY with the all important Cambelt change performed at the 48,000 mile service. All manuals and service books present in the original Subaru wallet.

The car was previously supplied by a local performance car dealer with a 3 month warranty. The car wanted for nothing during this time and it has now subsequently run out of the 3rd party warranty.

This truly is a fantastic car to own and drive. It certainly fulfilled my childhood dream of owning a fast Japanese saloon. However, unfortunately the purchase of my first home now forces a very reluctant sale.
