SUBARU IMPREZA TURBO 2000 AWD in rare P1 Sonic Blue 2000

Stunning example of the fast appreciating classic Impreza. This car has been meticulously maintained and always kept spotlessly clean. It is our 3rd vehicle and has only covered 13k miles in the 3 years we have owned it, these have mainly been motorway miles on long road trips or my partner using it to go shopping once a week.

When we purchased the car it had full Subaru stamped service history. I have chosen to have it maintained by my local garage who is known around here as a bit of a Subaru specialist and he used to own a car almost identical to this.

The car has a current MOT until October 2016 and isn't due a service yet. it was serviced at 112k in June 2015 and currently has 114k miles on the clock.

The original 16in Subaru wheels have been professionally powder coated and all tyres replaced with matching Michelin Pilot Sports.

For security, the vehicle is fitted with a Toad Cat 1 alarm, I have 2 remote fobs and 2 keys present.

The car came fitted with fully adjustable KYB suspension, the firmness of the ride can be easily adjusted to suit your driving for the day. I’ve owned an Impreza before this car and can confirm this suspension is a vast improvement over the standard. It doesn’t lower the car or change the appearance.

I wanted a useable but largely original car, the few things improved were the exhaust and air filter. I had a Racebox rear silencer with Hayward and Scot centre section fitted and an induction cone filter (original air box and secondary cat exhaust section available). The clear indicators are also something i wanted to add to the car (ambers also available if you prefer). Finally, I upgraded the head unit to a Pioneer CD stereo with ipod/iphone connection but kept the standard speakers so as to not affect the look of the interior.

Please don’t confuse this car with the usual used and abused Imprezas out there. The condition really does need to be seen to be believed. This car still largely has original paint, the rear arches (a common weakness on these) are spotless and have never been repaired or touched up. As to be expected on a 16 year old car, it does have stone chips and the odd scuff on the bumper but I deliberately didn’t want to have it painted and detract from the originally.
