Finished in Azure Blue with pale grey leather trim, this 4.0-litre Chimaera has the later T5 gearbox.

Throughout its life it has had six owners and covered just 25,000 miles with a Full Service History, the majority of services with TVR Main Dealers – initially with the supplying dealer, Christopher Neil Sportscars, then by David Hendry TVR, then the Fernhurst Motor Co. and then TVR East Anglia. A full service has just been carried out. All owner’s manuals/books are present too.

The bodywork is in excellent condition and, importantly, the chassis is also excellent and original with no rot or repairs to the side rails or seat belt mounts and is well protected with wax.

The interior is superb commensurate with the car’s low mileage. All accessories work as they should.

Similarly, thanks to the low mileage, this TVR drives beautifully with prodigious performance. Recent, matching Dunlop tyres all round.

The owner between 2008 and 2015 purchased the car with light accident damage to the front wing and rear quarter. He commissioned a straightforward repair to a high standard and enjoyed the car thereafter. However the car is registered as Category D (light damage), which is all too common when it comes to glassfibre cars and insurance companies.

Sold with the appropriate ‘V8’ private registration plate and with an MoT that runs to June 23rd 2016.
