Harrison Ford spent years looking for this !! And all the time it was in Oxfordshire !!

This is a one owner FACTORY-BUILT Red Rose, originally 4.0S engined, Lightweight Vinylester-bodied T350T ! T350 Targas are rare enough , but a Factory Red Rose with a Tuscan 4.0S engine ? You almost had to be a personal friend of Peter Wheeler to prise one of these from him ! The signed Henley Heritage Dealer Order Form includes Contract Words such as 4.0 litre 400 bhp upgrade, Topaz paint, Close Ratio gearbox, Hydratrak Differential , Full Hide, 4 Speaker CD Stacker System etc., etc., - and a List Price New of £55,299 - Sagaris money when they arrived a year later !!

The car was supplied by Henley Heritage and looked after by them for the first 5 years of its life. Subsequently, it has been serviced and maintained exclusively by the same engineers, who joined Str8six – owned by former TVR Factory Race Engine builder Jason Clegg - when Henley Heritage disappeared in 2008.

But you can never have enough power, can you ? And so it was that in June that year, the owner specified the removal of his 4.0 S engine and its rebuild as a 4.3 litre. This incorporated the latest spec cylinder block with all the oil gallery and coolant mods , and a bespoke EN40B 4.3 litre steel crankshaft and H section conrods. The engine was blueprinted and rebuilt using a host of uprated and improved components – including tuftrided valves and high torque chilled and cast camshafts. The bill was £13,588 incl VAT, which also covered a new clutch and a high torque starter motor. This engine produced over 470 bhp and almost 400 ft lbs of torque at the flywheel – measured on a Dynojet . To cope with this power the car was fitted with Nitron dampers and Eibach springs !

Did I mention the colours ? As shown in the current photos, the exterior is finished in immaculate Crystal Topaz with a Full Hide interior in Pacific Blue and Magnolia, with Oxford Blue carpets bound in magnolia leather. Blue Lamonta (man-made suede) continues the theme. The car runs on unmarked silver spider alloys. The whole effect is restrained and unprovocative but, when THIS T350T is released, Supercar pilots are likely to be VERY surprised !

And also on the plus side, the partner in your life will appreciate your consideration ; the car does of course have air conditioning ! And, while the engine bay houses a Big Stick , the large bore Red Rose exhaust system speaks relatively quietly through a Standard , rather than a Sports Back Box ! (although that could of course be remedied at slight additional cost ! Lol ).

The Service Records are impeccable and the car has a full provenance file. The car will be given the full Str8six preparation procedure. It will be supplied with Str8six's renowned "All the 12s" handover specification - i.e. Full 12,000 miles service completed before delivery, 12 mths MOT and 12 mths/12,000 miles warranty covering parts and labour, plus an inbuilt 12 volt trickle charger and a 12 volt auxiliary jumpstart cable.
