We all know Tsukuba. Very few of use have been or will ever actually go but Gran Turismo has made us all pros at the little Japanese club circuit. Moreover, thanks to YouTube, we have all seen some brilliant Best Motoring track battles on the 1.2-mile track.
With Dan back from his Tsukuba MX-5 adventure and already pining over video screengrabs and wearing his team footwear, we had to feature a Best Motoring video. But which to choose?
This episode was selected just for the variety of cars on show. NSX-R versus a tuned 370Z would make for a cool Japanese battle but there's Ferrari 360 against 458 also. Plus a Corvette ZR1. You know, just to add a bit of extra spice.
It's fascinating to watch the different apporaches to making a fast car. The older Ferrari is flighty and agile, the Corvette a lesson in monstrous power and the NSX-R puts on a very good show indeed. Until it gets blitzed by the Italia that is.
It would be great to understand what the drivers are saying but even without that this is a really enjoyable vid. Well done Best Motoring. Well done Tsukuba.
