Hoardes of TVR fanatics headed off to Wales to take part in
one of the TVR club's big events of the year - TVR Mania. Held at Pembrey it included a
track day, sprint competition and concours events. Unfortunately over-enthusiasm on behalf
of one Cerbera owner left the front of his car needing more than just a polish. He escaped
unhurt.
One of the most unusual cars present was this French Griffith 500. With RS Escort style bonnet vents, trick wheels and modified arches and front spoiler it's one of the few customised cars around. It's had work done to the induction system and now produces around 390bhp. The alloys are 17 inch and the owner had to modify the inner arch, and also reprofile the outer arch.
