getting involved with owners and promoting new businesses

(just a few of us supporting the opening of a new smart indie garage - obviously vastly outnumbered by fortwo smarts)

Is that the Brabus model per chance?

Not my taste, but I can appreciate a well looked after car, and yours certainly is!

yes it is...... i may stick up some info on the spec of the stock car.

its a very good hot hatch and high spec and quirky/different/awesome looks (imho) and its far from a euro box.

they are very reasonable on fuel, see 40 mpg driven sensibly.

These are a rare and interesting car. Ffs take the stty stickers off it, there's not wrong with them as stock, looks wise.

Seriously, the stickers are awful, chap.

I really like these and think your performance mods are good. I really like that 'Lounge Concept' too. However, remove the orange stickers and a lot of the other tat and it will be one smart motor.

It needs to be more refined - otherwise good effort and a very good post smile

If it was refined then it wouldn't match my personality (please see my shoes pic....haha)

Plus i'm sat at my desk in 3/4 jeans and flip flops - i'm far from refined.

As i said - i haven't added much to it really.

Roof vinyl is a one way vinyl as the glass panoramic roof makes the car pretty hot in the summer and the vinyl cuts down on the glare.

Next move is to go graphite with the roof and possibly red with the wing mirrors.

The point is, this is a 6sec 0-60 car for pocket money prices at high spec and i'm enjoying playing, understanding the ins and outs of my own car, working with suppliers of performance parts to trial and develop stuff (forge, bilstein, tune4performance, htec elite) and thats part of the fun.

I'm helping promote "car spunk" waxes, "G-techniq" products, evilution.co.uk smart sites and a number of independent smart and mitsubishi garages (to name but a few)

I could go out and spend £15k on a car from a dealership and just have it stock but then thats just car ownership..... not even a fan of just giving a car to a garage to mod as again, thats just ownership.

My smart fortwo was very highly modded because it was fun to do and therefore fun to drive knowing i did all this stuff.

I am currently pulling products from other smart models and modifying them to fit this car to keep it interesting.

The smart community is a very sociable one smile

Don't really like the visual stuff mate but each to their own - some people might dislike my Impreza for example.

BUT - it must be a hoot to drive with ~208 BHP so that gets a big thumbs up from me.

Not sure on the general shape of the car but I like how tiny the bonnet is - always expected it to be the whole thing, not just a small panel like that hehe

Thanks - would love an impreza but too common for me (maybe the newer shape euro style one as don't see many of those)

The car is quite a small car (fiesta size) but with 5 doors, glass panoramic roof, sliding rear bench, tumble rear bench and fold flat front seats makes it very spacious inside.
