Holy thread resurrection, Batman! And for that Metro, er, atrocity?

Love the Saab though. Looks like a Veyron.

I always liked the VW Nardo W12

Also, did the Speed 12 ever make full production?

Spending money on the five door instead of making that car was a very good judgement call.

Always thought the Dodge "Copperhead" concept (whilst having questionable aerodynamics) looked brilliant!

This Dodge Charger concept from 1999 too which used compressed natural gas as a fuel. The 4 door concept was the precursor to the later duller Charger.

The Ital Design Aztec.

When I was 12, this thing looked like the second coming of the BTTF DeLorean. Some sort of car/spaceship hybrid.

I thought it was infinitely cool.
I saw one of those parked on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice when I was there, a long time ago. Bonkers.

Lancia produced some stunning concepts in the 1970s.

Lancia Sibilo - 1978.

Lancia Stratus Zero - 1970

I loved the Cadillac CIEN concept, it really hasn't aged well though.

Strictly speaking, it did make production as the Saturn Sky and Opel GT.

I think that Brera concept looks even weirder than the real thing. The front of the production car is better, IMO. Not sure about the rest.

I remember reading a book as a nipper where the "Zero" concept was labeled as a vector W8.

A quick web search proves you right and the "went to print" book completely wrong.

I've learnt my lesson for today wink
