Well it's been fun. Has SG flounced? Are we to remain conclusionless?
Despite this rather pointless thread Dick Lovett does have some rather tasty 458 challenge cars up for sale.

Anyone know how much to make road legal, Ive seen a few on the youtube but haven't heard of anyone doing it on here.

That is amazing, I have seen one 458 Challenge and I agree it would make intresting road legal project,I just love the wheels. I am just waiting for the 458 SS (or MC) whatever it is going to be called, how they are going to turn up the heat on the 458 is going to be intresting. DL have got some stunning cars, if I had the funds there is a 16M I would like to buy the keys too.

The usual recipe has been to cut 100kg, add a little power, but the challenge car is 1250kg, 570bhp. Given how heavy the 458 is, the challenge stradale/scuderia wont be [I/] that [I] light.

The challenge car also has traction control and the like, so isn't to far from its road car roots to be a bad idea on the road

Yes, but this will have significant positive effect on the dynamic qualities of the car, where as most chav attempts will have the opposite.

It will have a significant effect on the fact you won't be able to drive it anywhere properly.

No ground clearance whatsoever.

Useless for the road.

So what?

Who buys a race spec Ferrari for the daily hack?

It would be only used as a hooning car buy anyone who would consider putting it on the road.

Who mentioned using it as a daily hack?

You wouldn't be able to 'hoon' full stop.

It would be ripping its undercarriage to shreds on any decent undulating driving road.

You wouldn't even get it out of most peoples drives!

Really? From the vids online of them on the road they don't seem too low at all.

Adjustable suspension. Will probably have been raised.

The white one is too low. Look at the side profile picture.
