Staying with sad, sad, sad.
In January 2001, there were 15.6 hours between each 'speeding event' and someone 'analysed' 125 hours to find this out. Very sad.
Judging by the low number of speeders spotted in this village, it would seem very inefficient to deploy police resources there.
Then again, I suppose they've got to park somewhere to eat their sandwiches!
