Thanks for the feedback guys -really helps as I am getting a taste of all the comments.
3 month warranty doesnt do them them a favour at all - for the calibre of cars they have, should be 6 month minimum
FunkyRobot - empathise with where you are coming from and totally agree that the buying experience is part of the transaction however when the product target specification matches 100% the search criteria, one tends to endeavour to make it happen.
Since posting, the process isn't with Shak but the seller (third party deal) or so I am led to believe. Still, it all needs a kick.
Will be revisiting in a few weeks

My A8 was a 3rd party deal, Shak had to get it there for me to veiw ect, But he did it, With most of his cars they still have the remainder of the new car warranty, mine has untill jan 2015, so im happy with that.
