Hi Peeps..Well while she was in for surgery i had the wheels sent off to lepsons and i must say what a lovely job they do...I had two buckled wheels and some nasty dents and corrosion on them originally...Here are some before and after..I think one of mine is an aftermarket as three have writing on them but one doesnt, It also has a slightly different depth rim...I think its the spare as i changed it yonks back and forgot to change it back...I will check the other wheel and probably get it refurbed also...Just waiting on some red anodised steel wheel nuts...Cheers...Ziga

Looking very nice mate!

Washed and started to polish my wedge this afternoon, and have added getting the wheels sorted to the (ever expanding) to do list as mine are looking very tatty!

Hi Phil..I was initially quoted more when i enquired but getting them done through the garage saved me about 40 squid..I had two buckeld wheels so they were straightened..All four wheels refurbed..Painted..Lacquered..And then diamond cut and polished for 374 sobs..They did have three types of gold and the one i wanted was the dearest..But im well pleased with theresult...Cheers..Ziga

Sweet Zig....sweet

Glad you stayed with the gold.....looks great.

Did you have the diamond cut lacquered or not (I was advised not to)?

Cheers mate..They were lacquered and then the rims were diamond cut and polished...Good advice not to lacquer polished wheels as they will go milky and will need doing again..Ziga
