So,as I moaned previously,I’m bored of the land, the house etc.We thought we would move locally for a change.
We put the house on the market and it has gone in 5 days. A lot quicker than expected.
We've noticed houses going over the last year or so like mad. One of our local estate agents is desperate for houses to sell, she's running out! A big change from when we moved here in 2015, stuff stayed on the market for 2 years easily.

Weird isn’t it?
A friend had her house on with an agent, another agent arrived one evening with buyers asking to look around.
They agreed a deal that evening for the full price and the agent came back the following evening with the mandat and the promesse d’achat for her to sign.

Talking of agents, there was nearly 20,000€ difference between lowest and highest agency fees

Getting away is difficult because we have commitments regarding our son health.

Update.

We have found a house in Eymet,6km down the road. The house is in mint condition, roof redone, heating redone with underfloor, just needs a new kitchen. We haven’t downsized but have no land and only a courtyard, perfect.
We offered full price as it’s a steal and everything we need in a house.

On another note, around this area property with land is selling like hot cakes and agents haven’t got enough and can’t get enough.
