It still has major wheel hop and the car I virtually perfect and better than previous model but wheel hop is there especially in wet. Anyone know if there's a fix say powerfkex bushes and aftermarket suspension mods that aren't to expensive and will improve car not do it harm in anyway!!??? Overall superb car I had the very first civic type r also previous model to latest and this car is so much better apart from wheel hop. If wasn't for that you would keep pace with some Porsche models easy it so quick high to end lovely interior which shames previous model better car info screen yet plenty manual controls on the right things ...looks so much better than any previous models etc etc I love it but need get rid of the wheel hop to make it perfect!!!!!??? Please any one with good knowledge or power flex knowledge plus tr

Yes they are. Don't know why Honda don't make AWD but hey ho. Do you have any solutions like powerflex bushes and small changes to suspension that you can suggest? Or you wanting state the obvious !

Apart from wheel hop which is worse in the wet the car is really f ING sick. So much better styling in and out to previous model which I also had as well as the first civic type rvback in the day ...the interior is amazing , info tainment system 10 x improvement and more grown up styling unlike the cartoon model before which had poor interior I love the hell out of it I just would like to reduce wheel hop as best as is oos on a FWD 329 bhp .....top end of 170 is also mental if could get traction down better it would take on few Porsche models ....handling is great also can slide lmthe rear end out but feels totally controllable and not scary some BMW tried out drag me off ther day and I gave him head start n canned him but he may just have lost his bottle. ...but obviously I was doing only 69 mph!!

VAG guys had good results getting rid of it by switching to a powerflex dog bone mount insert and better tyres like Michelin's PS 4/5's
Thanks re powerfkex already running the std Michelin pilot sport 5s

You need to visit a Honda specialist/motorsports garage etc; get someone who knows what they're doing re this rather than just chucking parts at it..

Maybe polybushes will help; but you need a tracking/alignment and fast road set up alongside too

It could be that fully adjustable camber arms etc are needed

My pals up here in Preston, Lancashire specialise in this, Grinspeed Motorsport; but I've no idea where in the world you are
Thanks for that I shall look up local Specialist in Jap cars . I'm in Watford st Alban's area can get into n.london essay if you know anyone your could recommend. Cheers
