Trust deed /Das

Hi folks
Could someone recommend a company who can do a protected trust deed or DAS?

if anyone knows, current house is worth around 100k bank is owed £47k, from my understanding they could ask me to remortgage to release equity however i doubt the bank will give me a new product based on credit score

Apart from that there are no savings debt is approx 15k unsecured. With another 20k in partners name
