According to ITV there's a good chance to view again tonight. Not as good as last night. But, if you're lucky......

Spectacular, looking North, out the kitchen window.

“Aurora Borealis!? At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country?”

Back to today and daytime, it’s absolutely glorious in Bournemouth. The forecast says it’s 20 but it feels like more!

Last nights episode event was massive! Confirmed reports that they were seen in Florida, and an unconfirmed report from Pert-a Rico!

Might not be worth aurora spotting. Activity dying off.

TF2 not far off the "Area of Interest" bounce

Here's hoping, as the last thunderstorm of note here in TF2 was three years ago.

N Wales into Lancs looks like today's sweet spot.

We're booked in to the Thames Lido at 6pm for swim and dinner. It better hold off...

If you haven't been there, it's a Georgian open air swimming bath and spa with a fantastic Spanish restaurant.

If it kicks off, it's going to be 'of note' in that area. Big time.

Glorious weather - a warm sun along with a gentle breeze, for our NE Suffolk village dog show.

(Dogs for scale).

First rumble of thunder in south Manchester. Sunny skies have now been replaced by menacing looking dark clouds.

Forecasting thunderstorms in Harrogate for 7pm now, hard to believe given how sunny it is right now though!
