More cars you didn't know existed...

Not sure if we have had this yet.
You probably have all heard of the Renault Safrane but did you know they did one with Twin Turbo V6 with a manual 'box and 4WD?
Built with input from Hartge and Irmscher, apparently.
I really like this. I once had the pleasure of driving a V6 Safrane and found it to be a supremely comfortable wafty barge.

I have also just found out that they did a Safrane fitted with a Volvo 2.5 5-pot diesel, too.

It's not quite on topic but I love 2+2s. Do they even exist now due to safety issues?
Not sure what you mean by 2+2s, because yes, they do still exist. Porsche 911, Lotus Evora, Audi TT, Toyota GT86 all spring immediately to mind.I only just found out that there was a Citroen 22CV which was shown at the 1934 Paris Salon but which never made production. The cars for the show used Ford flathead V8s but Citroen were developing their own.

Apparently the cars that were built were converted back to 11CVs and sold to staff. A Dutch bloke has built a replica using a Ford engine.
