Couldn't help notice masses of Brits piling throught the Auto Toll Tag lanes on the peage (while we queued for ages) but couldn't see any transponders in any windscreens,

Peage website says you need an account and transponder one to use those lanes?

Thanks for all the answers.

I use a Tag for the M6 Toll at home, same looking thing, but that doesn't work if you wave it out the window!

M6 one you have to pay £2 a month even if you don't use it....

Ok, so you aren't tied to using official autoroute.fr tags? Liber-t

Driving solo to Le Mans in a RHD car is one of the main reasons I got a tag.
I noticed the toll lanes with a Union Jack above had the pay machines on the right hand side too though.

is the fulli tied to one vehicle?
From the website:

If I change vehicle, do I have to do anything to my badge?

Do you have a Cito 30 badge or a badge you can use abroad?
Then yes, you need to update your new registration number on your online customer account.

Didn’t think tags were linked to a single vehicle
My M6 Toll tag is, but you just change it online.

You have to enter a vehicle reg number when applying for the Fulli tag and the Liber-t ones.

People have borrowed my tag in the past. They use it, I get the bill, I recoup from them.

R.
Sounds sensible, they still get paid whoever uses it.
