Whether they can get the heater and replace it prior to delivery?
If not then I’d pass as supposedly lots off road, or without heaters.
One dealership has 120 cars waiting on heaters... currently new Taycans are on stop as they have been stealing the heaters out of those cars to keep current customers happy. Should be a recall, but they can't due to the lack of parts. If not then I’d pass as supposedly lots off road, or without heaters.

Heater is to be replaced.
You might be able to collect it this year then. ETA: Aside from the heater issue, you have all the main boxes ticked and looks like a good buy. You're paying not a lot more than I got p/x on my 2021 4S w/16,000 miles.

My heater is 2 years old and still working fine. Maybe my luck will run out, but I had no problems getting my car in for a 2 year service recently. It’d be interesting to know the proportion they have problems. 150 waiting on one OPC seems crazy, so I’m doubtful on that number. I wonder if they’ve even sold 150 Taycans ever, given the supply problems.

My local OPC staff are not allowed to park in the carpark (it's a massive site!) because there's no room due to the returned cars and recent delivery of unsalable new cars (awaiting parts but shipped anyway)
Not sure about staff parking, but our local OPC compound looks like it's hosting the annual meeting of the GB Taycan Owners' Club.I just got rid of mine after 6 months. I don't care about the financial benefits enough to put up with the negatives, which included:
8 weeks without a heater over winter
Inconsistent brake performance (common complaint)
Christmas light warnings on the dash (until you restart)
Awful battery performance over winter (170 miles when I did have a heater on a full charge)
Down on performance (something happened after one of the many updates)
What felt like turbo lag in normal mode (obviously the torque was cut by the software), had to be in sport to get rid of it
That and I attempted to go on a long journey. OMG our charging network on the motorways is abysmal. Broken chargers, lower than expect KWs.
I won't consider electric again for a LONG time, even as a second car.

I have a humble ionic 5, same 800v electronic gubbins as Taycan, but comments re winter range and charger network are bang on.8 weeks without a heater over winter

It strikes me that experiences among Taycan owners is more varied than any other car I’ve owned. I think I’ve been pretty fortunate, no heater issues or PCM problems since the update and I’m getting over 200 miles through the winter. The brakes don’t fill me with confidence, but tend to be more consistent in sport mode, but I get occasional issues in my S63 and had similar with an RS6.
I absolutely get the disappointment of some, but I have been generally delighted with mine, it just drives so well and costs me very little to run on my average journeys.

Porsche do have a very strong brand, but maybe that is being diluted by the ever increasing volume of production. If the quality is dropping off as well, then surely at some point they will have a problem. Even the super special limited run cars are being launched every 3 months and may start to look a little less rare than they would initially seem to be.
