I may have to sell my car, and if I do need to, then it will have to be a quick sale.

I think it is worth more than WBAC, and ideally I would sell to a dealer as there is finance outstanding that would need to be settled.

So do yopu think there are any dealers looking for 96k mile 2002 Turbos?

Try 911V at Uxbridge if you are in the Midlands/South East. They bought a 968 off me and were easy to deal with and I even got a lift to the train station.

Depending on what you want for it surely you could get a quick private sale at slightly more than you would get from a dealer ?

Not a major problem to sell privately with finance to settle. Just be upfront with the buyer when they commit. Most finance companies are very accomodating and offer all the transparency a buyer would need to feel comfortable.

They have but both have been kicking around for a while.
You could put a few details on here - not actually for sale yet so mods shouldn't dive in smile
(or pm me too as long as its not black, silver or grey)

I think the JZM one's gone hasn't it?

I had my eye on it for a while but then it disappeared off the site. I don't think it's listed as sold, just gone.

JZM one does indeed seem to have gone.

OP what sort of price would you be looking to achieve?

I don't understand why that high-mileage black one disappeared off JZM. They usually leave all of their previous stock on the site with a SOLD caption on the pictures.

Finance shouldn't be a problem, as has been said. In a way, it is actually even safer for the buyer as they can clear the finance themselves with a debit car and just give you the difference. This removes the need to turn up with a plastic carrier bag full of used £10&£20 notes hehe

The tiptronic might be a problem for PH users though eek

There are a surprising amount of people out there who like the tip when mated with the Turbo engine, they go well together!

Horses for courses and all that-we don't want to start THAT debate of now do we!!

redcard Sorry, but be careful what advice you're giving out there. If the debit card payment is made over the phone and the card later turns out to be stolen then the finance company won't have been paid, your car will have gone, and you'll still owe the finance on it. eek

Good point Marcus, advice still applies but with the usual due diligence carried out!

It is on there as sold - they list all their sold cars in value order, so it is probably on page 60 or similar of the adverts!

I know they list their cars that way. IIRC it was up for £21,900 which would have put it somewhere around page 51. I've been through all of the pages and I still can't see it. There's a blue one on page 52 with 117,400 miles on it but the one I'm thinking of was black with an aero kit and 145,000 miles on it.
