Hi everyone, what can I say other than WOW! The feedback from the event really shows the Pistonheads spirit and ethos so thanks to everyone and I mean everyone that helped, attended as static, attended in support of the Sporting Bears and of course to all those that have very kindly donated. I am speechless. For a first event it was pretty much perfect which is testament to some considered planning, communications and of course to the other part of the organising team, Ross. He went far beyond what was expected of him and he made a significant contribution to the whole event, if you are reading this my friend you have deserved every credit you get and then some. Top work buddy.

I hope you all got to over to the Sea King to speak to the lads as well, as a front line squadron they are typically operating in Afghanistan for up to 6 months of the year so its a very rare thing for them to be afforded to time to relax and have the opportunity to meet the public to proudly talk about what they do.

The charity and castle are delighted so again I thank you all for your support.

I do have some extra opportunities from the event for you all, least of which are the auction and the raffle:

The auction is for two tickets for an evening with Johnny Herbert on the 19th of June in Fareham. Apart from being at the evening we have arranged for the highest bidder to have 15 mins exclusively with Johnny as his guests backstage before the show starts to include:

Opportunity to ask Johnny questions
