We’re in Miami for another Sprint weekend. Depending on your POV, either a great example of making F1 accessible to its new fans, or Liberty selling the soul of F1.

Max was obviously top class last year, and expect another RBR 1-2. Interesting to see if Piastri has a better weekend at a track he knows, and if Mercedes’ upgrades make a difference.

Poll is for 2nd place.

Date(s): Friday 3 to Sunday 5 May 2024.

UK Broadcast Timings (and track time)

All sessions are live on Sky F1. Channel 4 is showing highlights of Sprint Qualifying, Qualifying and the Race.

Thanks again!

Max to romp away with the win, Marko or Newey invited to share podium presentation with Max.

Hopefully we will get an appearance of Danica next weekend dressed in something wholly inappropriate.

That’s the most horrible time for the race, midnight start for me, facing a 6am alarm clock on Monday morning.

It will be Monday morning C4 highlights for me. At least it's a bank holiday.

Thanks PiaP!

Ferrari have turned this season around!!! They have injected a reelingly heady, Hunt/Lauda, Senna/Prost, Schumi/Alonso into the season, with blue/red!!!

Gonna be great from now on...

Thanks PiaP, as ever.

There could be a battle between McL, Merc and Ferrari. We can hope. I agree that Piastri's performance will be something to watch. He might well feel under pressure.

Thanks PiaP.

Going for Lando second for the second race in a row. Some biggish updates on the McLaren.

Barring to any reliability, we know the winner and I expect Sergio second as well, he seems to be getting to grips with the car more now.

Norris third?

Not really comparable as neither Ferrari driver is fighting for the championship.

A good point- was in the new chassis or did Tsunoda under-perform on a new to him circuit. My money's on the latter.

I love how you've changed the Poll to vote for 2nd!

Barring a DNF I'm sure Max will win, but I'll still enjoy watching the race behind him.

I would rather not see him. It will be glib, rehearsed, nonsense, as usual...
