I'd go one further and say that IMO, the 575 Maranello was the last beautiful Ferrari...
Am I right in saying the exterior of the 550 and 575 is the same ?

Not quite, there are a few subtle differences but not many.

I don't think they've made a "beautiful" car since the 275 GTB.

Reinforcing my point I made last night of liking very few cars pre 2000ish I think excluding the f40 and f50 the first properly good looking ferrari was the F430.... and with that I think I'll hand in my membership card

I like them in Yellow

Oh look at that.. Yellow looks great, but silver for me, especially witha red interior.

Jay - the differences were mainly on the wings and a small amount of exterior styling, but otherwise almost the same body.

Which would you have and why?

I think the stories of engine fires and crashes have put most off of the Ferrari and supercars should really only be RWD imo.

Gallardo, I've always wanted one since they came out.

If I had that sort of money I'd want to be different and stand out, so I wouldn't have the Ferrari. I don't like to look of the McLaren, although I'm sure it's an amazing car.

100% Bang on yes
That is Exactly why it is the ONLY current production model super-car I'd want.

What do you think of the M600? I don't think that's too inyourface. Probably one of the few I would consider.

Not a fan, very quick but does not have the heritage and the interior looks low rent.

Granted, for the £eleventybillion it costs you'd want something half decent.

...As opposed to living "metaphorically" 300 yards? wink

In all seriousness though, beautiful car, beautiful noise!
