TEKKIT,

Guys, can you check your quarries?

I was flying around last night having a look about and thought I saw a huge explosion crater outside Isee's place, thinking maybe grief or some other problem I flew lower and saw the quarry in the mountain. I decided to have a spy and see how far off bedrock it was and half of it has penetrated the void!!!

I've read that quarries doing this cause problems with the map, so I think it might be a good idea to edit it back so the void is beneath a layer of bedrock again. I don't know why a quarry can sometimes penetrate the bedrock but it's damned annoying!

I also died on the way out so if you see and buckets worth of water flowing from top to bottom it was from my aborted attempts to retrieve my stuff! Not interlopers or anything like that!

Re sorting.

I've done it.

Well I say that, I did it but it's broken now and I have no idea why! Essentially the machines are still there and setup but it no longer pulls items from the input chest. No crafting pipes for SMP yet but the most end game sorting and smelting with the red matter furnace is demonstrated but I've since deactivated any input as it's just so much quicker to quarry by hand with the red morning star, I've gone down to bedrock in a standard sized quarry area in less than a minute so a quarry is pretty pointless now!

Thinking about a gigantic nuclear reactor now, fully reinforced to resist explosion and made to generate extreme voltage filling 25 MFSUs and generally being as bad ass as possible!

TEKKIT SERVER UPDATE

I heard that quarrys can sometimes dig past bedrock and cause huge amounts of lag.
Are you able to post the Co-ords?
I will replace the bedrock and disable the quarry, and who ever it belongs to will receive a new one

I can post the co-ords, I'll go get them shortly.

As for replacing, I can manually quarry to bedrock in less than a minute and dump the results into wherever they were sending the output from the quarry, so no need for a genuine quarry! I can show anyone how to use the red morning star, black hole band and alchemical bag! It doesn't hurt to have swiftwolfs rending gale either!

Underneath my base is pretty much nothing! I have mined the crap out of it in seconds with the red morning star, funny, the only thing I need from mining is uranium! I can transmute the rest but uranium isn't obtainable like that.

If anybody needs anything, red matter, dark matter, diamonds or anything feel free to help yourself, if you feel like leaving me some uranium in return I'd be very grateful!

EDIT, now I'm confused, it's fine now! I went back half a dozen times before I gave my top level klein star up for dead! Now there is lava over that side as well (couldn't be seen before) and all bedrock at that end!

If you look there are screenshots. The inventory screen looks different for a start. I'd hazard a guess that it isn't compatible with the PC version.
