As Stew mentioned, World Downloader is the mod you need. It saves the chunks you visit into a singleplayer map so you can then render maps, tinker with designs offline before building them on the server, etc.
Just to make it clear, it does not download the whole server map, just the chunks that you see as you wander around.

I see now the server is unreachable.
I take it that it is offline until repairs can be made and a whitelist installed?
I'm not massively bothered by the grief, all my real valuables were in personal safes or on my person. With full red matter armour and a red morning star nobody is likely to be able to kill me! I can equip you all with red matter armour if you like, once the server is back of course!
I did have a lot of fun with the archangels smite (if you don't know it fires arrows (either auto fire, singly or as a shotgun style blast of seven or so!) made direct from a klein star, and they're homing arrows!) I was just sat above the spawn (griefers don't have beds!) raping the s
t out of both of them! The main one got really angry and started on the homophobic abuse so I guess I was doing a good job!
Sadly I had to leave to go to London and I think it is then that the rest of the damage must have taken place! A bit sucky but I'm sure we can roll it back to an earlier backup without too much upheavel!

Since the server is not mine, i did not know if iseed wanted to keep the server public or private.
but for the time being fuled by recent events, i have whitelisted the server.
The server has also rolled back, but not the most recent.
having this.
Myself and owens town is also gone.
but its ok as we can start agian.
If people could post your ingame name, and any items you have lost during this time pleese include that and they will be reimbursed

Just got my laptop back and need to get back into this. What's the latest PH standard Minecraft server IP being used or has everyone gone all Tekkit-ish? I actually think it was a Minecraft mod that sent my laptop into bluescreen frenzy so I might just stick with the standard vanilla game!

Greg you asked this same question a few weeks back and the answer is still the same: allthatjazz.jestservers.com
Glancing at the server log there's no record of you having logged in. Unless you are boulderpaul/wildcard/chiggysboy/mini in disguise?
