The 2015 Yorkshire Spotted Thread

In York today, Red 458 (reg starting in MK14) and R8 V8 Spyder at the Grand Hotel, Brown 991 Carrera 4S on Esplanade, and and at the Marriott hotel on Tadcaster Road, some kind of Jaguar meeting with old MkII's, XK's and XJ's.

Did it have a Black bonnet and White wheels? See that one driving around Wakefield and Outwood quite often. There's sometimes a plain White one as well which looks very stock, even has OEM wheels.

Green Lambo Hurracan on Leeds ring road turning right at the porsche garage! Looked great in the colour. Also he was a bit cheeky as he didn't have a reg plate on the front of it either.

Blue Viper V111 *** outside Haxby Sainsburys on Friday evening, pretty sure it's some one on here but not 100% sure to stop for a chat, plus my tea was on the table waiting

Yes it was me, thanks for the spot. I saw a blue Porsche pass by, but didn't catch the reg number. I was on my way back from taking my son to his school prom.

I'd just been on prom duty too, taking some young un's of the other halfs work colleagues to the Rec Hall in the village.

Followed a nice Focus RS500 into Beverley last night.
Some great roads around here and it's a popular route for some lovely machinery.

After all that Delorean talk earlier there was one on the back of a recovery truck on Friday on the A1 from the M18 junction all the way up to the M62 where I lost sight of it. It was a back to the future replica.

I have seen it on the road a couple of times but the only time I have seen it parked, it was dark. Typical. It's a beautiful piece of kit.
I think he attends the local meet so I am hoping to see it there next month.

What happened to his CS? I still remember the passenger ride I had in the CS at the last charity day he organised a few years back. Before the NIMBYs put an end to it.
