Saw a red or orange Evoque with blues and twos on Water End in York today.
These are fire service cars, a guy in my village has a black one, they were everywhere during the recent floods
Apparently, one of the fire guys at our local station put his usual mag-mount light bar on the top of his for his first shout in it.
Unfortunately, he failed to realise that it's an aluminium roof, so ended up with a dented roof and a rather broken light bar on the ground....

Grey 5 series estate, YJ61 OPA. Spotted it parked up a few weeks back near the Armley gyratory whilst the copper was cuffing someone in an A3.
On a side note did anyone spot the coppers parked up in a marked 5 series on the slip road to the A1M southbound as you exit Boston Spa today? I'm not sure if I managed to slow down in time...

You mean at Bramham Crossroads, or what used to be Bramham Crossroads for those of us old enough to remember? (A64/A1) Or do you mean the little slip road out from Boston Spa? I've not seen them there before, but I've copped for them in the mirror many times sitting at the top of the slip road from the roundabout at Bramham - it's one of their favourite places to lay in wait as you never see them unless you're keeping an eye on your RVM and people do like to tank along that bit of road at 90+ too.All that jazz said:

There's an old disused slip-road that they like to use just past the Boston/Bramham entry slip. You can't see it until you've gone past it (which when speeding will be too late). Is this the same one?Saw an unmarked Audi A6 silver\grey estate on the M18 today, well after the Audi S5 went past at a fair speed with the A6 following, thought they were racing until they were both on the hard shoulder a mile up the road. If it's anyone off here in the S5, sounded sweet but unlucky on the pull.
