Delivery of goods from france

Just a warning to you all. I needed a new mattress and they are in the main of poor quality, very dear, and difficult to obtain in UK sizes (king size) here in France. I did an internet search and came up with a company who organise this, a company called S****y. They are an agency and farm out the deliveries. I accepted the quote, paid S****y their commission with the rest payable on delivery. Of course, the mattress was collected from my daughter's house but never delivered. Shiply say it's not their problem.

Further research on the Consumer Action Group forums revealed a litany of complaints against this firm. Obviously I was yet another victim.
