A better version (was actually REALLY good but got the lighting wrong on picture)

That's awesome! From the Batwing?
Yeah, amongst all sorts of other bits. I have boxes of it and every now and then decide to build something
Find it very very therapeutic

Another PHer appears to have changed their mind on F40 so this is up for grabs; could do a deal on this and the 911 together if you fancy?

Did you not reply on the other two email addresses I gave you? I don't have access to the mail account used on here, hence why I haven't been able to respond smile

Good god. Bit late for April Fools or has someone grown a sense of humour at Lego. Oddly it reminds me of the ex footballer Peter Crouch who at the time was constipated.

To quote Blackadder, it’s started badly, tailed off a bit in the middle and the less said about the end, the better.

Reading through this thread, I can't decide whether to be relieved or jealous. The Lego Star Wars models look awesome, but as someone who's relatively indifferent to the franchise I'm not sure I'd really appreciate the builds properly. Which is probably a blessing on my bank balance biglaugh

As a non fan of Star Wars (not sure I have watched any of the films all the way through) I get this - but have to say i enjoyed building the big R2D2.

I only liked the first three, so the sets based on the others don't do much for me. Maybe the pod racing one if it gets heavily discounted.

The F40 arrived today. Beautifully and safely packaged by DrG. If any of you are in any doubt about buying safely from him fear not. Absolutely brilliant chap to deal with.

And finally I have this set!
