Bloody Hell! What an impressive performance. He is looking so good these days. If he can avoid getting caught himself and/or his chin can take shots from top level heavyweight pros he looks like he can go a long way.

Another I won't give the game away on, but for anybody who hasn't seen it the Green-Kessler fight is another classic. Well worth catching even if it needs a wait to the Freeview (on Ch 456) showing.

Even though Fury lives in my town and you lean towards a bit of loyalty to him, he would get his ass kicked by Price!

It'll be interesting to see what the next step is for him. There's little left for him domestically other than Fury, and because of the promotional issues I can't see that fight being made any time soon. The European options you mention above are probably the most obvious/logical next steps but I have a sneaking suspicion Maloney might have an eye on raising his US profile over the next year or so; perhaps a low-risk 'name' - someone like Hasim Rahman - before a more realistic contender with a profile stateside (Arreola, Solis, Adamek, Chambers; I'd say Wilder or Mitchell but I don't think their managers would want them anywhere near Price without a world title at stake). What really caught my eye with his performance on Saturday was just how light on his feet he looked for such a big man...

I'd love to see him in with Mitchell, Helenius or maybe Wilder (more of a threat imo) and think he'd do Adamek and Chambers right now. One thing I've noticed, especially this week, is how much more solid and lean he's looking at the weight, much leaner than he used to look - as if he's on a really good strength and conditioning regime. He looked so big, tight and muscular I'm amazed he's only the weight he is at that height. Might help him if it ever does get close up and in the trenches too?

I was in the gym today, sweating away and who walks in? Lucian Bute and all his entourage/camera crew. I got on the running machine next to him whilst they were filming him train, so if anybody sees on TV an exhausted Clark Kent look-a-like dragging himself along on a treadmill , thats me !

Might help him if it ever does get close up and in the trenches too? actually boys, i might surprise you here....i think the toughest fight out of those names punted is eddie chambers.i right slippery f ker that and price wouldn't land half of what he landed the other night on him.of course, his upcoming rematch with wlad may make or break his relevance in the mix. i think rahman has got a go at povetkin which should basically remove his name from the mix permanently WHERE IS BOYTSOV!!!!! this guy has got more potential than all the yanks who, while on the face of it look like a few good men, haven't got the grounding in the sport.they are all converts from other sports so it's not purely instinctive with these fellas.and those split second instintive reactions to crisis are the difference between world champs and flat on yer backs yes, boytsov is very small but f k me he's fast with a fair crack on him. maybe he will get "adamek'ed" when he fights the leviathans like klitschko, price et al but until he does we won't know.
