Gold sky dweller for me please !
Looking at the pics also has me second guessing the Daytona mate. I don't collect it until tomorrow so in theory I could change to any of the the watches.

The sky-dweller and the RG rootbeer are very nice, the boss prefers the rootbeer.

Now I am confused biglaugh
Both the rootbeer and sky dweller (on Oyster) are easily available.

I'd be getting the Cartier - it is a great watch and this one is that bit different.

Then get some jeans shorts with that green colour in the stitching.

Snap..! Enjoy it smile

PS the strap will break in just fine. I have two titanium GSs and this is one of my most comfortable watches.
Cheers!

Couldn't live with that strap, so a black rubber one arrived this morning which (IMO) works quite nicely with it. smile

I'm going to go against the grain and think that such an elegant and beatuiful dial does not marry well with a utilitarian black runber strap.

Not my watch, so my opinion matters not. As long as you like it....

I put my Starbucks on a leather strap and got flamed on another forum as people thought it sacrilege to not have it on a bracelet. Fekkem I say....

Sunday swapout puts this on the wrist.

Probably one of my favourites and a long term keeper.

Is the Root Beer easily available? I was quoted 3 years at Zurich Airport last month. I thought was excessive, but didn't think they were easily available.

You're correct if I go by my own personal experience too. Always raises a smile when people reckon models are easily available.... would love to know their own real world experience. I would wager most of the 'experience' is YouTube.

There are/were (days ago) two RBs in the Kingston, Surrey AD... Which meant at least one is available to buy straight away (confirmed by salesman). There also are/were a couple of PM Sky Dwellers. YG Subs and some other interesting bits also available immediately, including some two tone... Still no plain steel sports watches, of course, albeit there was a 37mm YM with the blue face not so long ago (not a popular model I assume).

The other options were these two:
That GMT is stunning! That’s the one I’d go for. I think the only one I dislike is the Cartier.

Good idea to buy before the 6th May as Cartier putting prices up 11%.
