Bagged a couple of woodies earlier, any recipe suggestions?
Simple ish as not feeling massively motivated tonight!

Cut the breasts off and pan-fry them for a warm salad. I used redcurrant jelly and a splash of red wine to loosen it:  Save the carcasses for stock.
