Another great video, glad to see him doing well. I like how he did a bit of background reminding viewers about how it all started and the hours he used to work.
The only bit I didn't like was the Murci donuts in the sand, because it's my absolute dream car and I struggle the concept of sand in mechanical components

What he did show on his Insta stories was them trying to use a leaf blower to blow out all the sand from the 720 lol. All the aero pieces were stuffed with sand! The only bit I didn't like was the Murci donuts in the sand, because it's my absolute dream car and I struggle the concept of sand in mechanical components

Fair play to the guy really happy for him, great grounds and interesting house but the definition of higgledy-piggledy imo, sure he will make it fab but houses like this give me nightmares ,I viewed one myself it was three cottages knocked together, the rooms upstairs all had either three steps up or three steps down to go in them.
Three or four too many loos to clean for my liking. Great land and out buildings as well.
I didn't see any close neighbors, but could you imagine the curtain twitching when they all turned up and started doing donuts on that horse menage thing..

I was more worried about him pebble dashing the other cars that were parked there while he was doing it. I hope they all have good PPF.
Yea same here. Good to see the cars drifting but hopefully the front of the ones already parked weren’t left with loads of stone chips! oobster said:

People will always be curious on finances, they always are, I work in the commercial world and find the almost instant wealth fascinating not just Mat but people like Mr Beast that my kids watch (and me!), YouTube must be paying out millions monthly and I pay £12 a month and never see an advert, I find it interesting just where all the money comes from!
Likewise, it's more the finances behind advertising that I find interesting. Very rough (uneducated) guesses on some basic assumptions: if you assume that £12/month is the approximate amount that Youtube would make from selling you adverts. For that £12, you might watch 60-120 videos (2-4 per day?) in a month, so 10-20p per watched video. So that's £140-280k in ad spend for Mat's latest video! The numbers are mind boggling (to me at least) but fair play to Mat for finding his niche and taking advantage of it!AyBee said:

Most of Mats money will come from his competition company? didnt he sell 500k worth of tickets for the last rebuilt car he sold? From talking to streamers sponsorship is worth far more than add revenue from youtube
It's not his company.Fermit said:

It's not his company.Although it does seem to be essentially a shell company to shift on Mat's stuff.

Regardless of who owns the company, the majority of the revenue for each car would flow to Mat regardless. Even if it wasn't (Part) owned by Hannah they'd only be taking a cut of the proceeds i'd expect.

That's not what a shell company is. Although it does seem to be essentially a shell company to shift on Mat's stuff.
It's nit as simple as Mat just taking most of the revenue from a company with which he's not legally connected. Yes, he may have sold them his M5 for £500k, bht he'd still have to account for that through his own business.

Great house.. I love the maze like layout! Not to mention all the land.
Loved it from the outside and all the land etc as well - I think the inside would drive me nuts after a short while though! I'm at the age where I look longingly at some bungalows on Rightmove Good luck to him though - he's the embodiment of living the dream
Looks like the house is going to get done up in a collab:

I'm sure lots of businesses will be keen for some exposure on Mat's channel
