Or on drugs, or both. Sure I remember reading somewhere that this type of behaviour is often Crystal Meth related. I'd certainly not see any issue with the officer shooting.

Undoubtly the greatest comment I've ever seen on a news story, even from a daily mail reader...
Teach children they come from monkeys and you get problems like adults who think they are animals. It's just getting worse.
