Halb said: Pesty said: Will self talking sense shocker on This week
Lousie Mensch On a PC rant saying he can't say those contentious things. She is now sitting looking very pissed off folding her arms. What did he say? That the rapists were all from a similar background and that whilst it was contentious, cultural attitudes to women need to be discussed and dealt with. Mensch ineffectually argued that as it was only a small number people in that community, it wasn't a cultural thing. Self was talking sense, Mensch was talking double speak, desperately trying to avoid the awkward truth

He is. Not always right or coherent, but amusing. That comedy writer was a bit naff. Hain and Kelvin, go at it boys!

Pete's accent seems to come and go... He was sounding quite Boyo in his first little speech. Now he's back to his Roger Moore drawl.

Was that one of those indigenous, white muslim converts there?
Or, is it the standard dress for hill shepherdesses now?

"Amazing, the first Conservative I've heard on Question Time!" says Kelvin after rare incident of man speaking sense. Eg. 29% of Welsh workers employed in the public sector, to those demanding more; "how big do they want it to be 40%?" Followed by some sense on encouraging the supply side of the economy, reducing tax etc.
Now being derided by Hayne of course.

He didn't even manage to keep a straight face whilst saying it. He must have had a flashback to 2005 and the BBC R2 'Toady' prog with James Naughtie interviewing Balls. "If we win the election does Gordon Brown remain Chancellor?"
