I am able to voluntarily release adrenaline.
Best way I can describe it is as though I am "clenching" or tensing both kidneys in my lower back - feel it rush through me and pupils dilate, it's unbearable after a couple of seconds.
Weird. Researched it and seems a very select few can do it

Have full control of my dreams. I normally let them play out but if something happens I don't like I say a keyword and can stop time, rewind and replay it for a different outcome.
So, when Rachel Welsh/ Naomi Campbell ( other options etc) has raised your mast & has a 20 knot breeze filling the sails & is determinedly riding your ship hard to port, you can abandon ship coz you don't like the destination/ want to steer starbd 20deg, instead? STe_rsv4 said:

Are you a practioner of Lucid dreaming?I've wanted to try this myself but I CBA with the whole waking myself up then going back to sleep several times a night
I am not sure I have "full" control of my dreams or I'm just too lazy to take control most of the time but if a dream goes in a direction I don't want, I can either steer it to my satisfaction or press-eject and start a new dream.
I dream very vividly and some of them are so enormously interesting that I just let them play out.

I think I can tell if a person is living or dead just by looking at their photograph. If a person is dead, for me the picture seems to take on a different look. I can’t describe it, but there is a type of “sadness” that the picture takes on.
To “test” I’ll look at online photos of casts of films (where just the actor and character name are shown, no other info) from the 80’s / 90’s where there is a good mix of people still alive or no longer with us. I’ll look specifically for actors I have never heard of to avoid bias and then try to guess. I’m right normally around 95% of the time.
I don’t believe in any mumbo jumbo rubbish, it’s just something I noticed.

When in a supermarket, I have the ability to sense what is out of my peripheral vision, so I don't stop dead and have people bump into me. I'm aware of people behind and around me. Nobody else seems to be able to do this. I'm sick of people stopping or moving backwards/sideways into me seemingly completely unaware that I'm there. It's mainly women who do this but the odd bloke too.

My late Dad could wriggle the tops of his ears (without touching them). My nephew can also do this and do a Mexican wave thing with his eyebrows.
I was really annoyed that I didn't have this skill. Apparently my Dad used to cause hysterical laughing in school without the teacher knowing what was going on.

I was reading the "Simple things you can't do" thread and it got me thinking about the weird talents / abilities we must have that nobody else seems to possess.
Mine is a strange one:
If I put something in the oven and set a timer for, let's say 30 mins, after about 29 mins and 30 seconds I'll get a strange feeling that makes me get up and ask Alexa how long is left on my timer. It is always under a minute and usually when I get up I see the 10 second countdown on the Alexa screen.
I suppose I just have a very accurate perception of time, but it's weird how often I get it right. (no I don't look at clocks etc throughout the 30 mins).
What's yours?
Haven’t read past this post, but had to say snap! And I thought it might just be my superpower! We both must have very good ‘internal’ clocks, though mine isn’t as accurate and I’ll see 30 seconds ish.Mine is a strange one:

I have that but sporadically. Usually spend my time flying around.Although the other morning I was struggling to get off the ground and the Mrs shouted at me that I was going to be late. Opened my eyes and looked at my watch and my alarm had gone off 10 mins previously. She was still layed next to me asleep, so thank you dream girlfriend.
