Great result tonight....Chelski go through so they have two more CL fixtures to deal with as well as the Top 4 run in! What we really need is a nice easy quarter final draw and for them then to get Barca in the semi's....the Arsenal v Chelsea game is the weekend after the CL semi's are played
Don't forget to cheer on Man City tomorrow night too

So that explains why there is no clock for the last time spurs won the league. The internet, and perhaps the bloke who invented it, were not yet born!
Good result for us tonight, Chelsea have potentialy two more CL ties plus the FA cup, with their generally ageing squad and obssession with winning the champions league it will no doubt mean dropped points in the premier league as I don't see them being able to compete on three fronts at this stage of the season.

If they beat Benfica they'll be playing Barca three days before the play at The Emirates GTO-3R said:
We could do with putting a few past Wolves today and get that goal average closer! 3 points and 1 goal will do though
At 2 goals so far!Anyway, back to Arsenal...
A tricky one; away to Everton on Wednesday night. We got a gritty win there last season, so hopefully with what we've been capable of recently, we can get a result.
Interesting article/analysis about the wage structure
Everton away. Hmm. On the back of us beating Newcastle, Liverpool, AC Milan and Spurs in our last 4 games I fancy another scalp tomorrow night. Especially after this seemingly extended recharge the boys have enjoyed. Or could that be a bad thing? Will momentum now be lost?
Either way it will not be a walk in the Goodison Park, they are a decent team. It is the hardest place in Liverpool to go at the moment.

Must try harder Pooey, we are used to the spud Wuming, which is of a higher standard
How can I be wuming if this is in the Arsenal thread? Everton is a tough place to go mate. They have got some decent results against big teams this season.
Metaphorical Wuming don't be pedantic, or I'll confuse you with a spud
Everton at home this year:
Everton 2-0 Chelsea
Everton 1-0 Man City
and to a lesser extent:
Everton 1-0 Tottenham
That is a tough place to go.
edit: I have not checked but I am pretty sure the other team in Liverpool have not managed anything like those results at home in the league this year given it is their worst run in the premier league since 2003 or something
