Fingers crossed he is still gracing The Emirates next season. I am sure they said something on Sky during the Chelsea game that Arsenal want the contract situation sorted with four days of the season finishing ?
Hopefully that means they've got Podoloski and one ot two others lined up as done deals to be unveiled early doors.

Just to remind some of our younger readers that colour photography was invented when we last won something.
I think our starting 11 is looking good for next year. For me it is:
- - Szczesny
Sagna - Vermaelen - Koscielny - Gibbs
- -- - Song - Arteta
- - Walcott - Wilshere - Podolski
- - RVP
With some rotation in midfield with OX, Ramsey and Rosicky.
I think we need more quality depth in defence and also a replacement for Chamakh and Bendtner because those two really need to go. Andre Santos is a liability at left back so I would be tempted to get rid of him and bring in somebody else to play that position.

In regards to our team, who in midfield or attack would you replace if you have the option?
Song and Yaya Toure are probably the best defensive midfielders in the world. Wilshere and Arteta are up there with Xavi and Iniesta on their day in my opinion. Podolski is up there with monkey boy up the road. RVP is in a class of his own as a traditional centre forward. When Walcott is against a weak and slow left back he can be devistating. Very happy with the team. Koscielny and Gibbs are the two main question marks I have but they have looked very good in the second half of the season. I also think, in terms of future potential, OX, Ramsey and Ryo are up there with the most promising players in the league.
I will stick on my flame suit in preparation for the torrent of abuse this post will probably get from non Arsenal fans
