Yep, a goalkeeping howler and throwing away a lead late on - he will feel right at home here 
On a serious note, I'd rather a manager making a dodgy sub in the semi final of a CL vs one of the world's best teams as opposed to one who can't manage a team of superstars to a convincing win against Newport County or Coventry though.
That being said, it's proven time and time again that taking off an attacking player for a defender just invites the opposition on, it baffles me why managers repeatedly make that mistake.

Aye, couldn't believe the linesman flagged when they usually let the phase of play play out these days.
