Thought the boys played average today, but got the result that counts. Deco is looking to be an absolute bargain.
Must admit I'm gutted about Sheva going back, I was still hoping he could rediscover his best form for us, as I still count him as the finest striker of his generation. I think Milan are off their tits as well, they desperately need some good defenders, so they buy Ronaldinho and Sheva. Hmmmm.

Been away from PH for most of the weekend- thought i'd take a couple of days off Obviously very pleased with the result. Thought Wigan played well 1st half, less so in 2nd, but fair play. I wish we had the fire to score another, rather than be happy with a 1-0 win. Let's hope Big Phil shakes that up- but post post match interview suggests he was happy. Deco is already a legend! Cech did really well too. Personally, I miss Drogba but, great start to the season As for Arsenal......  Bring on Spurs

And oh look, all the jealous fans from the second rate teams in London (and indeed third rate if we're counting Sp*rs) are invading to try and make us feel bad. Cos apparently like, none of the other teams in the league have rich owners. Apparently we're supposed to feel bad as ours is a tad more benevolent than the others.

I'm used to getting grief, doesn't bother me. I can walk to the ground from home, local pubs are full of Chelsea on match day, and I love the fact football brings the community together. Maybe I should support Man U instead?  I just love my local team, and would continue to do so if we were in a lower division, with no money. Got to love footy haven't you

Yes, I am very jealous of Spurs. Their litany of world class players who don't want to leave, honest transfer dealings and of course, a bulging trophy cabinet and being a part of the big four.
