My Type RA Hawkeye and my beloved GC8 V2 Sti - Daily driving the V2 and I don't think I will ever sell it :-)
The Spec C Type RA is bone stock as it came over from Japan a couple of years ago and keeping it that way
The GC8 was covered in stickers and had been "upgraded" to V6 look when I got it, over the last 3/4 years I have gradually bought it back to stock look with pre-facelift bonnet and scoops, mid level spoiler, I removed the side skirts just because I prefer the lighter look. New Group N exhaust system to replace an aftermarket boomer - it's straight through and still loud. Lots of engine work, I went back to top mount intercooler so I could fit a new stock front bumper/valance but got TFS racing to modify a bigger cooler than the stock STi one. TFS also fitted BC Coilovers, Brembo brake upgrade and a SC46 Turbo and Link ECU and then mapped it. I wanted 400 but happy with the 370BHP it now makes - all very reliable so far. It's been resprayed to an OK standard but because it is not a minter original I am not worried about miles or dings and just love driving it
Pic of the GC8 below the day I got it...

Photos of my USDM 2019 Impreza Sport 5-door:
The US Sport trim has the direct injected FB20D engine, a CVT with a 7-speed manual mode, brake-based torque vectoring, 11.6-inch front & 10.8-inch rear discs, 18-inch wheels fitted with 225/40R18 tires and side skirts.
It's not fast, but it handles very well. The Subaru Global Platform is great--it's rigid and there's minimal body roll.
I ordered the car with the optional "sport grill" and it was debadged by the dealer. I've installed an STI flexible strut tower brace, a color-matched STI rear spoiler and as many LED bulbs as I could. I intend to install an STI rear draw tensioner and maybe the STI lateral link set. The OEM halogen headlights are barely adequate, but there aren't good options to replace them here.
It shares the garage with my wife's 2015 Outback:

Love that Type-r, reminds me of my Gran Turismo days when I used to dream of owning one in that exact colour, drove many happy miles via the PS in it lol!
Any more pics?
Thanks very much. I don't actually have many pics of it, which is a tad embarrassing since I've owned it 10 years!Any more pics?
