The saving grace is they are manual, but still gutless but think its the deal they get that swings it!
They have been that colour scheme from day 1 I believe, and after 30 plus years can't see it changing.
We do go to some great places, but we go to some pretty rough ones to.
Like any job, good and bad points, say at the Bulgarian/Serbian border yesterday for 5 hours to do the papers, the same job from Sweden, into Norway takes about 20 minutes!

That cracking scania, Romania again.
Honestly, for one of our guys, that would be considered the holy grail of dirty pictures.
Still lots of tidy ones being worked, see alot of these and the old f10 and f12 globe trotters, especially in Greece.

Did that with a pallet of yoghurts, I tipped over when unloading at Lidls in Enfield. Took me fking ages to pick the lot up.

Worst one I ever did was a pallet of stuffed olives on a 7.5t, it was impossible to stand on the back of the motor for over a week without slipping over hehe

You should have seen the state of the trailer being emptied at a customers the other day, the final 3rd of the trailer (pallets of boxes of paper) had gone backwards. My first clue was the bulge in the curtain on the other side as I drove in. Jesus H.

My colleague managed that with a curtain-sided Sprinter earlier in the year, Grade 2 Listed.

Many years ago I was in a Cash and Carry warehouse and they were unloading a truck of fizzy drinks in 2 litre bottles, and stacking them 6 high. As the forklight driver brought in the 6th pallet he misjudged it, clipping the whole stack and bringing the lot down. I was out of there before they hit the ground, but when I walked back in the mess was a sight to behold! Cola absolutely everywhere from where a load of bottles had exploded on hitting the ground.
