A question about class 5/6/6A vehicles

Vehicle in question is a 2017 Ford Transit 460 L4 Minibus 17 seater

Factory spec with factory seatbelts

I believe it has been tested as class 5 previously, MOT due this month, can it be tested as Class 6 PSV for use as private hire?
