Transit won't start

My glow plug light is flashing and engine won't start, so I changed the glow plugs.
Glow plug light is still flashing. And still won't start
Diagnostic scan showed 2 faults , FIP communications with PCM.
All fuses appear to be ok.
Any suggestions other than change the fuel pump ? Thanks.
